📋 Description

• Designing, building, and continuously improving a centralized AI environment for MTG • Developing a company-wide AI/LLM platform for the secure use of different AI models and providers • Establishing and operating a central AI gateway for on-premises and cloud-based AI services • Integrating AI tools into the software development lifecycle • Integrating local large language models as well as external cloud AI services • Designing a flexible multi-model architecture based on security requirements, cost, and use case • Implementing an internal RAG solution for documents, technical documentation, wiki content, and internal knowledge • Implementing monitoring, logging, and observability for AI systems • Monitoring current developments in generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI engineering • Transitioning suitable new technologies into production-ready MTG solutions • Establishing best practices, guidelines, and reusable components for AI use across the company • Evaluating, comparing, and combining different AI models and technologies • Prototyping and maturing new technologies for production • Driving technical initiatives within the company and communicating technical concepts clearly

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or equivalent technical qualification • Experience with modern AI and LLM technologies • Practical experience with APIs and integrating diverse software platforms • Solid understanding of modern software architectures, container technologies, and cloud platforms • Experience with at least one of: RAG, vector databases, LLM APIs, AI agents, or local LLMs • Interest in IT security, data privacy, and secure AI architectures • Ability to independently evaluate new technologies and transition them into productive solutions • Structured and solution-oriented working style • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly • Good written and spoken English (B2)
