• Prospect and qualify new clients in the financial, retail, services, e-commerce and corporate segments • Manage and expand the existing client portfolio with a focus on retention and revenue growth • Lead strategic negotiations, present proposals and close high-value contracts • Work toward challenging consultative sales and revenue targets • Coordinate the entire sales cycle (SDR → closing → onboarding → post-sales) • Engage with key decision-makers (C-Suite, CFO, Head of IT / Product) • Secure partnerships with integrators, resellers and channel partners • Report pipeline, forecasts and performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and sector meetings
• Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in payments sales, acquiring, banktechs or financial solutions • Proven track record of meeting targets and maintaining an active client portfolio • Ability to negotiate high-value deals, enterprise contracts and SLAs • Strong network with banks, fintechs, acquirers and large corporate clients • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Nice to have: • Experience with products such as: • Acquiring and processing • Card issuing • Payment APIs • Payment gateways • Fintech APIs • Fraud and risk solutions • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) • Experience in consultative sales management
