Description

• Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the company’s end-to-end growth marketing efforts during a period of company expansion • Lead global team to improve, execute and continue to define the comprehensive growth marketing plan that drives customer acquisition and top-line profitability across multiple online, in-person and field channels • Direct all online and offline marketing programs including Paid Search, Out-of-Home, Email Marketing, Affiliates, Display, Retargeting, PR, Social, and other marketing partnerships to drive profitable customer acquisition and ticket sales • Establish benchmarks and tracking progress on results for business-critical KPIs related to growth (volume, CAC, retention, LTV/payback) and owning achievement of monthly KPIs

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a deep focus on upper-funnel brand marketing • Experience working across the full DTC marketing funnel (customer acquisition, conversion and engagement) and across the marketing mix including online and offline channels • Combination of strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data and insights into a better customer experience and influence intelligent decision making across the business • Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent • Strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams • Familiarity with working in multi-city and/or in an international setting
