• Coordinate day-to-day hiring efforts working with Hiring Managers across each function. • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling, and candidate communication. • Support CV screening and run initial phone screens where appropriate. • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience. • Lead sourcing and outreach on key hires where required. • Help build processes leveraging ATS, automation, and AI to ensure hiring the best talent globally. • Handle routine admin such as offer paperwork, compliance checks, and reference coordination. • Feed back to the management team on market trends, influencing people strategy where possible. • Support broader People Ops tasks during quieter recruiting periods.
• Experience hiring a variety of different roles within a high-growth, global, technology business. • Exceptionally organised with a very high attention to detail. • A clear, confident communicator able to build relationships quickly. • Extremely tech-literate with best-in-class tooling, process, and automation knowledge. • Comfortable working with data and understanding bottlenecks. • A passionate recruiter with a track record of delivery across multiple functions.
