Description

• As a Data Science Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of data-driven solutions supporting various Natera’s products. Collaborating with lab operations, lab directors, product, data scientists, and assay development teams, your primary focus will be on utilizing SQL and statistical methods to analyze, interpret, and enhance the performance of Natera’s production assays. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of healthcare diagnostics through the application of data science methods, with a focus on supporting assays and ensuring the quality and reliability of assay data. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, engineering, computer science or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred) • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and modeling • 2+ years of experience using Python/R for data analysis • 2+ years of experience with a database query language such as SQL • Solid understanding of various statistical concepts (parametric & non-parametric distributions, hypothesis testing, probability, regression), and machine learning • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
