• Act as primary point of contact and escalation for merchant partners once system deployed • Ensure expectations of merchant partners are met or exceeded • Assist with onboarding of retailers and POS vendors • Maintain communication with partners and internal team members • Troubleshoot production issues using system logs and resources • Consult on integration of high-quality, scalable, and efficient technology • Participate in code reviews, QA sessions, and troubleshooting • Create and maintain technical support documentation • Keep up-to-date with latest retail POS and payment technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • 5+ years of engineering and support experience for enterprise systems • 5+ years of experience with in-store deployed POS system • 3+ years of software development experience • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Passion for preventing production technology issues • 3+ years working in a Technical Account Manager role preferred • 3+ years working with retail payment technologies preferred • Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) program preferred • Experience with cloud computing, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker preferred • Knowledge of Azure API Manager (APIM) preferred • Knowledge of messaging platforms such as Kafka, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB a plus
