📋 Description

• Lead P&C projects independently from concept through implementation • Actively shape people-related processes and discussion topics, including administrative execution • Develop and maintain the career framework and salary bands • Conduct market benchmarking for roles and pay structures • Implement compensation decisions administratively, including documentation, compensation communications and process hygiene • Review the performance review system and make sensible adjustments • Design and prepare future review cycles, including process, templates, timeline and communications • Administratively organize and manage development, salary and performance conversations • Monitor employee conversations and conflict issues with managers and identify required improvements • Represent in employee meetings or support with conflict issues when needed • Further develop engagement and culture topics in a remote-first company • Design pulse checks, feedback formats and culture initiatives • Derive actions from data and employee feedback • Report to the Head of People & Culture and work closely with Recruiting and P&C Admin

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in HR/People & Culture • Solid practical experience in Compensation & Benefits • Ability to independently develop processes from the initial idea through to clean implementation • Confident in conducting employee conversations and supporting conflict topics • Good understanding of culture and engagement in distributed, remote-first teams • Poised and trustworthy handling of sensitive topics such as salary, development and conflicts • Fluent German • Good English • Structured working style with strong documentation skills • Practical experience with Personio, Notion and Microsoft Teams is desirable • Experience in performance and project management is a plus but not required
