• Facilitate business process reviews • Translate customer requirements into Salesforce design • Configure Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions • Develop technical requirements and specifications • Drive best practice UX design • Manage all aspects of projects and customer communications • Deliver customer end user training and documentation • Oversee and be accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned projects • Exercise independent judgment and take the lead role on enterprise-level projects • Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center and customer service leadership • Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years project experience in a hands-on technical consulting and project management role • 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce • Demonstrated ability to document requirements for technical resources • Experience leading Enterprise Service Cloud projects • Experience leading multiple Salesforce Project deployments • Deep understanding of Salesforce administration • Expert-level experience in designing and creating Service Cloud solutions • Experience with Communities and Wave Analytics preferred • One or more current Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud/CPQ/Field Service, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder), multiple certifications preferred
