• 5+ years project experience in hands-on position • 10+ implementations experience with Salesforce CPQ or Sales Cloud • 5+ years experience with Salesforce in development or configuration capacity • Understanding of Sales, Sales Operations, Product, and Business Operations • Hands-on experience in building Salesforce CPQ elements, Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and other platform tools • Understanding of Release Management, ALM, DLM, and Governance • Client Facing Experience in Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers, Enterprise Application Architecture • Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture • Preferred: Experience coaching and mentoring Salesforce talent, Attention to detail, Strong team player
