• Lead discovery sessions, presentations and workshops with prospects and customers • Gather requirements for contact center projects • Create compelling demos and proposals • Maintain lead management, pipeline, and forecasting • Act as liaison between sales and technical team • Nurture relationships with partners and customers • Collaborate on project scope and estimates • Provide customer feedback and insights for product advancement • Ensure highest level of customer experience

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in selling telephony solutions • 2-3 years customer facing role, preference for Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering • 1-2 years consulting role • BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree • Expert understanding of contact center telephony solutions • Familiarity with AWS and Salesforce platforms • Interest in learning in Generative AI Space • Strong customer-facing and communication skills • Detail-oriented, team player, passion for success, open-minded and flexible
