📋 Description
• Receive and post recruiting assignments • Create and maintain job advertisement texts • Monitor incoming applicants and perform initial phone screenings • Schedule decision meetings with hiring managers and relevant colleagues • Maintain the careers page • Support onboarding and act as the liaison for other administrative processes
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training and/or degree in Human Resources or a related field • Several years of experience in recruiting • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Experience with applicant management tools / applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Familiarity with using AI in recruiting processes • Proactive and forward-looking approach
