📋 Description

• You are the first point of contact for everyone who wants to join water – from the initial active sourcing outreach to the signed contract, you accompany candidates with genuine interest rather than just processing steps. • You ensure that new water people feel at home from day one – with well-thought-out pre-onboarding, a warm welcome call, and onboarding experiences that leave a lasting impression. • Contracts, certificates, benefits, Personio – you keep an overview of the administrative side of HR and make sure everything runs smoothly in the background while keeping people at the center. • You have a keen sense for when a birthday, wedding or recovery deserves more than a standard message – and you turn those moments into a lived culture of appreciation. • Whether it’s the recruiting process or an HR document – you think along, help develop our standards further, and ensure they actually fit into our everyday life at water.

🎯 Requirements

• You have already managed end-to-end recruiting – from active sourcing through interviews to the signed employment contract • Personio is not new to you: whether recruiting processes, master data or workflows – you bring order to the operational HR day-to-day • Onboarding is more than a checklist for you – you design pre-onboarding and the first weeks so that new colleagues feel welcome from day one • Contracts, certificates, benefits – you approach administrative HR topics in a structured and reliable way without losing sight of the bigger picture • You have a feeling for a culture of appreciation and find creative ways to make internal occasions (birth, wedding, anniversary & co.) something special • You can also handle topics like webshop maintenance or internal communication and enjoy working closely with Marketing, the P&C team and managers • Employer branding externally appeals to you just as much: you’re eager to contribute to the Kununu profile, careers page and LinkedIn/Instagram presence to make the employer brand visible • When it comes to summer parties, onsite days or team events, you enjoy pitching in – even if event organization isn’t your main thing.
