Description

• Capture customers’ business processes and desired outcomes • Manage customer outcomes on complex level projects • Conduct workshops and lead implementations • Define customer needs, develop plans/proposals • Own business requirements and priorities • Conduct impact analysis on existing business processes • Produce specifications, wireframes, and mock-ups • Partner with technical team for demos • Write test scripts and facilitate testing • Obtain agreement on priorities with clients • Create new kinds of experiences for customers

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business-related position • Strong knowledge of business process architecture principles • Knowledge and exposure to the ServiceNow platform preferred • Exposure to Technology workflows such as ITSM / ITOM / IRM desirable • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to assess and mitigate risk • Effective facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong relationship management skills • High degree of customer satisfaction • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent work experience • ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CIS, ITIL Foundations • Willingness to continue education and complete ServiceNow competency certifications and Module Accreditations
