Description

• Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for projects and as the face of the engineering team to the customer • Define technical solutions aligned with client's business problems and ServiceNow Best Practices • Responsible for demos, documentation, proof of concepts, and knowledge transfer • Assist Pre-Sales team with scoping service engagements and integrations • Collaborate with Project Manager to monitor scope and resolve technical issues • Draft and publish technical and process documentation • Facilitate customer workshops to capture requirements • Research industry impact and propose product enhancements • Provide engineers with architectural blueprints/requirements

Requirements

• Experience with FSO on the ServiceNow Platform • 8-12 years’ experience in application development • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing enterprise architectures with integrations • Strong Understanding of financial services industry and compliance • Passion for engineering science and technology • Collaboration with customers • Strong problem-solving skills • Experience with IT systems and technology platforms • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment • Four-year undergraduate degree in relevant field • Required certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (specific domain area of CSM andFSO), ServiceNow Pre-sales accreditations • Nice to have: ServiceNow Micro-certs
