📋 Description

• You will actively build a new-customer pipeline within German mid-market companies, focusing on ISV-based, integrated payment & software solutions. • As a true hunter, you identify opportunities, challenge status-quo setups, and manage the full sales funnel through to closing. • You hand over acquired and activated customers in a structured way to the account management team (farming/account management). • Proactive new-business acquisition in the mid-market segment (inbound/outbound, social prospecting, partner leads, events) with clear targets; build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of opportunities. • Solution selling in an ISV context: you develop robust business cases that clearly demonstrate the value of integrated solutions. • End-to-end deal ownership: qualification, advisory, pricing/contract negotiations up to signature. • Manage the complete deal cycle (Lead → Opportunity → Proposal → Closing), including accurate CRM documentation, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene. • Go-live & onboarding enablement: close collaboration with technical and onboarding teams and, if applicable, partners to ensure smooth activation. • Market and competitive analysis: you spot trends in integrated payment/software ecosystems and provide market feedback to evolve our ISV strategy. • Presentations/demos (remote & on-site), participation in trade shows/events, and collaboration with influencers (ISVs, agencies, system integrators, industry networks).

🎯 Requirements

• >3 years of B2B new-business sales experience (hunter role), ideally in payments/FinTech/SaaS/software sales or in complex solution sales to mid-market companies. • Proven hunter track record: you actively build pipelines, are closing-oriented, and enjoy winning new customers. • Basic technical fluency: you can speak about integrations (e.g., interfaces/APIs, system landscapes, onboarding and implementation logic) and can persuade both business and IT stakeholders. • Structured outbound sales: prospecting, multi-threading, CRM funnel management, reliable forecasting; you work methodically and consistently. • Team player in a matrix organization: you coordinate stakeholders across sales, tech, onboarding, and partners—while remaining action-oriented and self-driven. • Negotiation-level German (native fluency) and good English. • Willingness to travel nationwide and a valid driver’s license (Class B).
