• Sell 'Nextech' to assigned physician markets • Prospect within assigned territory to develop opportunities • Demonstrate full capabilities of Nextech software to prospective clients • Prepare and present price proposals • Negotiate specific contract terms • Maintain contact with clients and support other Nextech employees • Utilize Salesforce.com for reporting and forecasting • Mentor new and existing RSMs • Conduct training classes for other RSMs • Take responsibility for special projects

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise/private equity sales • Solid understanding of the Ophthalmology industry • Proven ability to secure access to Executive level • Excellent relationship building skills • Demonstrated business acumen • Excellent product knowledge • High level of professionalism • Team player • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills • Experience with Salesforce.com
