• Design, build, and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions for customers and partners. • Manage high-impact projects and provide deep technical insights. • Ensure customers achieve maximum value from our platform. • Drive complex projects from pilot/Proof of Concept (PoC) to full implementation. • Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and shape architectural best practices. • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business development. • Deliver technical training, workshops, and best practices to empower customers and partners. • Develop precise technical documentation to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries. • Mastery in Python, Java, Node.js, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based platforms. • Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms. • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges with scalable and innovative solutions. • Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Must be fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and English.
