Description

• 80% travel in the area, 20% desk work. Business trip is assigned as needed. • Schedule appointment and reaching out to clients. • Maintaining & developing relationships with new & existing customers. • Prepare, distribute, & coordinate sales contracts and associated forms to complete orders. • Maintains confidentiality of company and customers information; includes pricing, inventory, market share and other materials that can be used by competitors. • Recording sales & order information; sending copies to the sales office, and entering data. • Accurate record keeping within the company’s programs and/or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Reviewing your sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. • Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the above list.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship for employment visa status • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution • Able to lift over 40lbs • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently • Valid driver license & own transportation • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to listen, follow and execute instructions • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills combined with an aptitude for multi-tasking • Proven analytical and leadership skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to develop and obtain desired results & achieve budget • Habits of punctuality • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer application
