Description

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes, including billing, collections, and cash application. • Analyze billing discrepancies and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly. • Monitor accounts receivable aging and implement strategies to improve collection efforts. • Conduct regular cash application reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. • Lead projects to automate manual tasks and improve overall process efficiency. • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy. • Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers. Answer questions, provide feedback and resolve concerns as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred. • 3+ years of experience in Order to Cash operations, with a focus on billing, collections, and cash application. • Proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems. Experience with Zone Billing is a plus. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and root causes of issues. • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other office products.
