• Manage and further develop existing key accounts in the grocery retail sector within the Southern region • Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships and acquire new retail partners • Develop customer-specific sales and annual strategies • Prepare and conduct price, terms and annual negotiations • Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities for our own products (e.g., ice cubes, meinT) • Identify listing opportunities and support product launches • Analyze revenue, sales and rotation metrics and derive appropriate sales actions • Monitor market, competitor and assortment developments • Maintain and document all sales-relevant activities in the CRM system
• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business, sales, or a comparable qualification • Initial professional experience in sales, key account management or field sales – ideally in the FMCG, food, or grocery retail environment • Strong customer orientation and enthusiasm for building long-term business relationships • Excellent communication skills and a confident presence when dealing with buyers • Negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset • Analytical working style and confident handling of KPIs • Independent, structured and responsible approach to work • Willingness to travel within the Southern region and a valid class B driving licence
