📋 Description

• Utilize HRIS and ATS platforms to maintain accurate employee records, with training provided on Sage People and/or Greenhouse • Support onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers • Contribute to compliance with local employment laws, company policies, and data protection requirements • Support background checks, employment authorization (I9), payroll administration, and candidate interview scheduling • Learn and apply HR policies and procedures and assist employees with inquiries • Manage and respond to HR-related inquiries using Manage Engine and established SLAs • Assist with HR documentation and reporting • Provide timely and accurate information to employees • Participate in ad-hoc projects and reporting tasks • Assist with benefits administration and enrollment data • Support performance management activities • Collaborate with the People & Talent Ops Team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in Human Resources • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong work ethic and commitment to confidentiality • Proficiency in English is required
