📋 Description

• Join the Financial Solutions team, responsible for managing payment and financing products for the OLX Group • Lead the Financial Processing team, focusing on transactional and classifieds products • Liaise with financial market partners such as banks, acquirers and fintechs • Own the recurring payments engine for subscriptions • Manage billing/collections workflows (dunning rules) • Work on preventing product cancellations (churn prevention) • Manage seller onboarding and accreditation • Oversee account opening processes • Manage cashouts

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the electronic payments industry, with experience at banks, fintechs or acquirers • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies • Experience managing product development teams • Excellent interpersonal skills • Negotiation skills and stakeholder management • Analytical mindset • Practical experience querying databases
