• As a Product Manager on the Money Movement team, your mandate is to establish and scale world-class payment experiences. This role will impact One’s vision by empowering customers to take full control over their money and establish One as a leading fintech destination. You will work closely with the Engineering, Design, Risk, Operations, Legal & Compliance teams working on several different products, including International Remittances, peer-to-peer payments, mobile check deposits, bank and debit card transfers, cash deposits and withdrawals, and more. • This role is responsible for: - Clearly defining requirements for net new feature work and driving execution with their Engineering partners and stakeholder teams. - Collaborating with cross-functional partners to secure necessary approvals and ensure smooth feature rollouts across the organization. - Assisting in prioritization of work across various teams and workstreams. - Establishing thorough observability within their product area and using data to recognize opportunities and drive decisions. - Maintaining clear documentation on product functionality that can be relied upon by internal and external partners. - Acting as a point of contact for all things related to the product or products that you are responsible for.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management. • An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action. • Experience in building and scaling highly-regulated, operationally-complex products. • The ability to seamlessly analyze a single product space from several vantage points. • Passion for learning and solving challenging problems.
