📋 Description

• Build a standardized and centralized HR landscape across 19 companies • Lead a team of three employees and two working students • Take responsibility for continuous team and capability development • Manage company-wide standardization and centralization projects • Gradually consolidate decentralized payroll offices • Build efficient workflows, optimize processes, and establish sustainable HR standards • Harmonize and centralize payroll, contracts, compensation and benefits, onboarding and offboarding, time management, and compliance • Ensure high-quality, up-to-date employee data in Personio • Prepare professional HR reports for management and the Board • Ensure compliance with employment, tax, social security, and data protection laws • Manage post-merger integration projects and integrate new companies into the HR landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Project Lead or Team Lead in People Operations • Experience in a private equity environment • Proven success leading complex transformation and centralization projects across multiple companies • Experience standardizing payroll and compensation and benefits, as well as implementing software, Power BI, or AI solutions • Strong communication and change management skills • Strategic mindset and an understanding of people analytics and modern HR systems landscapes • Proven experience with Personio • Strong understanding of HR data management and data quality • Experience analyzing, standardizing, and sustainably optimizing processes within complex organizational structures • Knowledge of employment, tax, social security, and data protection requirements in an HR context • Desirable: initial experience preparing and structuring data for AI-powered use cases • Resilience, assertiveness, determination, and a strong commitment to quality
