Description

As the Director of Product Marketing you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing OneRail's overall product and services marketing strategy. You will also be responsible for implementing new product strategy working closely with our product team and leading customer research. This position may be eligible to telecommute from a remote workspace. However, preference/priority will always be given to candidates who express the ability to work on site at OneRail HQ in Orlando, FL (ZIP code 32819).

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience within a SaaS business with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research) • Proven experience marketing to technical buyers. • Demonstrated ability to uncover and deeply understand the needs and desires of customers and translate those learnings into product and go-to-market strategies. • Proficient in our applications: Microsoft Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Slack, Google Analytics, Paperflyte. • Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working. • Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer. • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels, departments, third parties and geographically dispersed team. • Experienced and thrive in a startup environment. • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred. • Real world, comparable experience required.
