• Respond to inbound consumer inquiries via phone/email • Present accurate and beneficial resolution with the tools provided • Document details of all calls/emails through in-house systems • Provide a high-level of consumer care. • Multi task using systems, programs, and screens simultaneously.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and French Canadian. • Must live within a 1 hour radius of St. Catharines, ON • Retail or customer service/call center experience an asset • Strong computer and typing skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Professional telephone etiquette • The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting • Must be able to Multi task • Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
