Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team • Serve as the primary point of contact for deal structures and booking • Manage revenue compensation plan administration • Ensure deals are correctly constructed • Offer guidance on pricing • Provide operational and systems support for revenue compensation programs • Collaborate with business partners • Deliver process improvements • Optimize deal processes • Streamline deal structuring and pricing • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations • Drive integration between Zuora and SFDC • Generate reports on deal metrics • Identify trends in deal data • Support cross-functional collaboration • Provide training on deal desk processes and system usage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field • Proven experience in deal desk operations with Zuora and SFDC • Strong understanding of subscription-based business models • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Experience in system integrations, data migrations, and custom configurations within Zuora and SFDC • Familiarity with SaaS/B2B Industry • Partnering ability with GTM teams, Finance, and cross-functional departments • Knowledge of revenue recognition rules • Highly organized and customer-focused • Excellent communicator • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Strong quantitative skills
