• Our Senior Project Managers are directly responsible for developing and driving the team’s project plans, while meeting and exceeding the goals for a portfolio of medical education projects. • They work directly with project coordinators and project/account managers taking an active role from project inception to completion. • They provide accurate and proactive support for all project-related activities and deliverables including establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members, staff, suppliers, clients, and other relevant groups. • Senior Project Managers lead and oversee a team, drive project development, execution, and delivery, with strong attention to detail, organization, and tracking. • Responsibilities include overseeing multiple concurrent projects, supporting accounts of varying sizes, developing project plans, budgets, timelines, delivering high-quality projects, addressing client needs proactively, working collaboratively with teams and vendors, managing project financials, supporting recruitment efforts, mentoring team members, and ensuring project efficiency and improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, biology, life sciences, or related field • 3-5 years of professional education project experience • Ability to manage multiple challenges, delegate, and set clear expectations • Strong knowledge of MS365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • Experience with project management programs such as Smart Sheet, Veeva, Workfront a plus • Ability to work independently and in a team • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, multitasking, interpersonal, time management, and detail-oriented skills • Ability to make effective decisions, understand FDA, AMA, PhRMA guidelines, and state regulations
