• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. • Proven track record as an IT Program Manager or in a similar leadership capacity. 5+ years’ experience with accountability for managing direct reports and 3+ years’ experience as a leader of leaders. • The ideal candidate will have industry experience in solar, energy, utilities, or other service, warranty, dealer, or B2B related business. • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing top talent. • Excellent emotional intelligence (EQ), communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders/dealers. • 4+ years’ working in cloud-based technology. • 2+ years’ working with Salesforce. • Legally authorized to work in the US for ANY employer. • Demonstrates ability to identify and mitigate risks to project schedules and budgets; delegates work accordingly. • Excellent data-analysis skills. • Ability to coordinate resources across multiple teams and initiatives.
