📋 Description

• Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules. • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. • Handle email management, correspondence, and communication on behalf of executives when appropriate. • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents. • Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions and projects. • Assist with project coordination and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. • Maintain and organize digital files, records, and documentation. • Liaise with clients, vendors, partners, and internal team members professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. • Experience with project management and communication tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Slack, or similar platforms is an advantage.
