📋 Description

• Actively prospect employers within your portfolio (primarily micro and small-to-medium businesses) • Support your prospects on our online candidate-matching platform through to the hiring of apprentices • Convince employers to recruit our apprentices and close apprenticeship contracts • Drive your activity with targets for activity volume and final outcomes (signed contracts and sales revenue) • Generate new opportunities following an established script • Quickly contact employers who have posted apprenticeship vacancies • Qualify employer prospects according to established criteria • Maintain rigorous tracking of prospecting activities in our CRM (Salesforce) • Book meetings and guide employers on our Job & Talent Marketplace • Convince employers to hire our apprentices • Conduct calls, video conferences, and qualified sales meetings • Deliver product demonstrations tailored to your clients' needs • Support employers in onboarding and using the platform • Meet and exceed your quarterly booking targets • Manage and follow your sales pipeline via Salesforce • Monitor and analyze your KPIs to optimize your actions and reach your quotas.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in short sales cycles and transactional selling: you can close deals quickly and manage a high volume of transactions. • Strong commercial and sales mindset: achieving and exceeding targets motivates you. • Competitive, persistent, and always ready to adjust your approach to maximize results. • Numbers- and results-oriented: you manage your activity through metrics and adapt your actions to optimize performance. • Solid command of sales techniques: prospecting, needs qualification, pitching, objection handling, and closing are second nature to you. • You know how to persuade and sell: you excel at the commercial pitch and can quickly demonstrate the value of your solution to a decision-maker. • Comfortable with B2B prospecting: cold calling, emailing, appointment-setting—you open doors and convert leads into clients. • You are not afraid to make calls and can capture interest within the first few seconds. • Proficient in video and phone communications: whether prospecting, pitching, or supporting clients, you adapt your message to the context and your interlocutor. • Strong listening skills and adaptability: understanding prospects' needs and adjusting your message to convince them is part of your commercial DNA. • Rigorous and structured: you closely track your pipeline and performance. • Able to manage your time and priorities effectively. • Comfortable with CRM and sales tracking tools, ideally Salesforce, and with the use of digital tools and platforms. • Curious and willing to develop new skills: knowledge of the training sector or apprenticeship recruitment is a plus, but if you're ready to learn, we will support you. • You enjoy working in a building/scale environment: you adapt to change and contribute to improving commercial processes and practices.
