📋 Description

• Identify and assess qualified leads, develop new outreach strategies, and maintain a well-organized pipeline. • Conduct cold calls and email outreach to prospects, arranging qualified meetings for the Sales Lead to close. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth client onboarding and account management. • Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and new business with existing clients. • Contribute to the development of sales tactics and participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales, business development or a customer-facing role. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Passion for sales and eagerness to learn the sales process, products, and industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack). • Adaptability to client needs and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. • Proactive and accountable, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
