Description

• Support the global workforce by providing effective responses to inquiries • Troubleshoot HRIS system and assist with employee lifecycle transactions • Conduct orientation sessions and provide guidance to new hires • Maintain employee records and data accuracy • Assist with Talent Acquisition processes and global HR activities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in an HR role focusing on HR Operations, HRIS management, and HR process improvement • Solid understanding of HR standard processes in NORAM, local legislation, HRIS systems, and operational processes • Uses analytical skills to understand and investigate employee issues • Can proficiently manage routine HR tasks and handle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively • Can gain trust and build relationships with teams • Independently ask questions about career paths and growth opportunities
