📋 Description

• Understand complex client environments, from pre-IPO scale-ups to MSCI Asia Pacific large-cap enterprises, and relate Optro’s platform to their challenges • Engage with C-level prospects to position Optro’s strategic value proposition and drive business development opportunities to closure • Participate in executive meetings and establish plans for sales growth, marketing objectives, and sales headcount planning • Present tailored demonstrations of the Optro product suite through online or onsite meetings • Provide thought leadership on industry best practices and regional compliance trends • Serve as a strategic consultant across Southeast Asia, ANZ, and Japan • Mentor and cross-train internal resources and develop team members’ skills and expertise • Provide proactive, trusted thought leadership to target accounts • Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships and create new business opportunities • Partner with Global Business Development, Implementation, and Engineering teams to address APAC clients’ functional and linguistic requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5-9 years working experience within Big 4 consulting, Internal Audit, Compliance and/or Risk Management • Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA/CA preferred • BS in Accounting, Information Systems, Business or related field • Expert understanding of internal audit methodology and internal controls management • Strong analytical, diagnostic, critical thinking and project management skills • Excellent problem-solving, presentation and decision-making skills • Demonstrated experience managing and working with auditors • Demonstrated experience managing and working with internal cross-functional teams and product engineering groups preferred • Demonstrated experience communicating and reporting to senior leadership • Fluency in English required • Professional proficiency in at least one additional regional language, such as Mandarin or Japanese, is a significant advantage • Understanding of common compliance frameworks such as COBIT, SOC, COSO, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HITRUST and guidance such as NIST is nice to have • Ability to flourish in a high-growth and fast-paced tech environment • Background checks are required • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Candidates must disclose whether employment sponsorship or immigration support will be required
