• As a Sales Manager at Mythic Talent, you will help guide our sales efforts and drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring sales representatives, and overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing. This position requires a strong self-starter who is a passionate strategic thinker, and a proven track record of success in sales and negotiations.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization. • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred. • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
