• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team
• 2+ years in managing revenue technology systems, preferably with expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms • 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator & Salesforce Administrator certification is strongly preferred • Proficient with SOQL, Lightning, Visualforce, Triggers, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder, Apex experience is a plus • In-depth understanding of sales and marketing processes, revenue operations, and data management • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights • Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities • Self-starter who seeks challenging assignment • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Experience with Marketo, Full Circle, Jira, Confluence, CPQ, FinancialForce, and other Sales tools a plus
• Serve as an administrator and technical subject matter expert for projects and enhancements supporting Salesforce and other integrated systems • Support integrations with Salesforce including Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Full Circle, and other relevant platforms • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new requests • Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness • Identify and recommend opportunities for system improvements and lead the evaluation of new technologies that align with organizational objectives • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to streamline processes and workflows through these platforms to improve sales efficiency, data hygiene, and accuracy in reporting • Collaborate with IT and external vendors for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues • Foster collaboration and communication among different departments to ensure a unified approach to revenue technology • Assist in training of new or more junior team members, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the team
