Description

• Ownership of full cycle general ledger financial close process and activities related to cash, investments, capitalized software, equity, payroll accounting, to ensure complete and accurate financial in accordance with US GAAP. • Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations within the established close timeline. • Partner closely with FP&A around monthly variance analysis, management reporting, and GAAP reporting. • Liaison with external tax advisors to ensure timely filing and payments for regulatory compliance. • Drive the creation and enhancement of accounting policies, procedures, and system use for automation. • Application of technical accounting knowledge and concepts to solve business projects and collaboration with auditors and external technical advisors. • Partnering with cross functional team key business partners across finance, legal, business operations and others to drive new initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • CPA license • Previous financial reporting experience • Hands-on experience with ERP systems • Experience working in a scaling startup
