• Develop a portfolio of SME and mid-cap customers with recurring international flows. • Uphold a consultative approach: understand clients’ pain points and needs, and identify how our platform and services can help them in the best way possible. • Collaborate effectively across internal teams, especially with our operational teams, to ensure a smooth experience for our clients and to solve issues early on. • Spot and qualify potential upsell and contribute directly to our company’s growth. • Gain deep industry knowledge and become an expert on both international transportation and your customer’s business to become their trusted advisor.
• You have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales & are comfortable managing a full sales cycle • You have already experienced & enjoy working in a fast-paced & target-driven environment • Proven demonstration of excellent communication skills, drive & customer-centric mindset • You have great interpersonal skills and excel at active listening • You are curious and excited to learn everything about the world of transportation • Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English
