📋 Description

• Lead relationships with a portfolio of major retailers, building consistent, long-term partnerships; • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams, tracking issue resolution and ensuring client satisfaction; • Conduct recurring business reviews, analyzing trends, performance and opportunities for improvement; • Develop campaigns and commercial initiatives focused on TPV growth and shared results; • Ensure a high-quality experience across the entire customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience managing or prospecting major accounts; • Strong results orientation, particularly with metrics such as NPS, TPV and Market Share; • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions; • Experience in project management, ideally in implementation or continuous improvement projects; • Proactive, autonomous profile with strong ownership mindset and ease working in agile environments.
