• Strategy and execution of products benefiting seniors who use Papa's services • Prioritizing, sequencing, and assessing platforms such as web, SMS, automated phone systems • Creating clear strategies for product area • Developing data-informed, user-compelling, and business-impactful roadmaps • Owning execution across multiple technologies to build features • Balancing executional rigor with velocity • Collaborating with cross-functional teams • Empowering collaborators to feel ownership and improve work • Learning from work through experiments, research, and data analysis • Fostering deep understanding of users to create engaging experiences • Thriving in a startup environment • Creating clarity from ambiguity and moving nimbly

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management working on human-facing products • Understanding different technologies and building products across them • Stakeholder management experience • Ability to understand and align product work with business strategy • Getting in the executional details to move the team forward • Assessing technical, design, and business aspects of shipping products • Deploying data resources strategically to inform and assess product work • Professional or lived experience creating products for seniors or higher needs populations is a plus
