Description

• Lead the discovery to figure out what opportunities to prioritize for your squad, balancing qualitative and quantitative insights. • Shape those opportunities into a high-level solutions and hypotheses. • Lead a cross-functional team to keep all relevant stakeholders up to speed. • Make the call on day-to-day prioritization and trade-off decisions in a way that balances user needs, product vision, and company goals. • Launch experiments, track the performance of recently shipped items, and report the key takeaways to the full team. • Establish and maintain a high bar for the quality of work you oversee.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Product Management role • High data fluency and ability to generate insights from qual and quant inputs • Clear and effective communicator (written and verbal) • Effective decision maker • Enough technical understanding to have effective conversations with technical teammates to understand complexity, sizing, trade offs, etc • Candidates must have a United States address and be authorized to work without any Visa sponsorship.
