• Lead and execute the sales strategy: Own account management for the largest partnerships with the objective of growing revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities • Business unit steering: Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and refine the value proposition (CRM, Product, Tech, Operations, Sales Ops, etc.) • Run performance analysis to support decision-making (for example, hiring); you will be responsible for your P&L, from revenue to margin generation • Identify market growth levers (expanding the offering; refining the go-to-market strategy) • Team management: Coach and develop a high-performing team • Define team objectives, mentor team members, and support deal closings (new acquisitions or upsells) to drive results.
• Work experience: Minimum 5 years in a strategic sales role (e.g., strategic partnerships, enterprise/large-account business development) and/or experience at a strategy consulting firm • Scale-up/operational experience is a plus • Degree from a top-tier business school • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong appetite for business development (comfortable engaging with CEOs of Europe’s largest banks and real-estate players) • Strong analytical skills (proficient with Excel models and ideally interested in developing new analytical skills such as SQL) • First experience in people management • Native French and fluent in English • Able to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment: proactive, self-motivated, driven, and organized
