• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing B2B sales ideally spanning multiple segments (SMB through Mid-Market and Channel) • Demonstrated ability to own complex customer relationships end-to-end and deliver measurable business results • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, renewal, and expansion targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • A growth mindset; open to feedback, quick to adapt, and always looking to improve • Operational excellence in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales practices
