📋 Description

• Provide strategic and technical expertise in tuberculosis, public health systems strengthening, digital health, and programmatic approaches to improve TB outcomes • Review and synthesize evidence from policies, guidelines, research, programme documents, stakeholder consultations, and implementation experiences • Support proposal development and technical writing by drafting and reviewing technical narratives, concept notes, programme descriptions, and strategic documents • Ensure quality assurance across technical deliverables by consolidating stakeholder inputs, maintaining technical accuracy, and translating complex public health concepts into clear, actionable outputs • Facilitate technical discussions and consultations to inform programme design and implementation • Perform documentation or proposal-support tasks assigned by the designated technical/project lead

🎯 Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree • Master's degree or higher in Public Health, Health Systems Management, Epidemiology, Health Policy, Health Informatics, Digital Health, Community Medicine, or a related discipline • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in public health programmes, health systems strengthening, technical assistance, programme design, strategy development, or implementation support • Expertise in tuberculosis, infectious diseases, public health systems, and health programme implementation • Experience working with national and sub-national government health systems, development partners, multilateral agencies, academic institutions, and implementing organizations • Experience developing strategic plans, operational frameworks, technical guidance, policy documents, programme reviews, and capacity-strengthening initiatives • Understanding of surveillance systems, monitoring and evaluation, digital health, data use, evidence-informed decision-making, and health systems strengthening approaches • Ability in technical writing, proposal development, technical reviews, knowledge management, scientific publications, and public health knowledge products • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills • Ability to synthesize complex technical information and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines
