• Director of Revenue Marketing role at Pathward • Develop scalable programs to drive awareness, sales pipeline impact, and revenue growth • Align revenue marketing strategy with overall marketing and business strategies • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and promote awareness, acquisition, retention, and cross-sell campaigns • Manage revenue marketing programs, including email marketing, account-based marketing, and paid efforts • Establish efficient, repeatable cross-functional campaign processes • Communicate effectively across the marketing organization • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency • Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience in business, marketing, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus • 8+ years of Marketing experience including B2B revenue marketing or demand generation (Payments, Banking or Financial Services industries preferred); some B2C marketing is a plus • Solid experience working with CRM (Salesforce), ABM, analytics, BI tools, project management, and marketing automation (Marketo) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Analytical mindset • Leadership skills • Collaborative mindset
