📋 Description
• Provide daily support to e-commerce entrepreneurs via email and video calls with accounting-related issues • Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication • Identify recurring issues and improve solutions • Work closely with the Onboarding Automation team to ensure customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• Experience using DATEV (required) • Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry • High self-motivation and results-oriented mindset (SMART goals) • Independent, structured, and process-oriented approach to work • Open to feedback, digital work, and a remote-first environment • Fluent in German and English
