Description

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders on business requirements and performance • Help clients onboard and integrate with Pattern’s API and other tools to maximize platform value • Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and support policies to provide technical solutions to clients and internal teams • Assist clients and internal teams with data operations, uploads, and transfers in and out of the platform • Document new data operation processes for clients and internal teams • Analyze client data to identify and present trends in context, interpret results, and make action-oriented recommendations to internal teams • Help drive continuous back-end system improvements • Help clients access information on litigations by building dashboards with our data visualization tools • Understand customer issues and diagnose the root causes and required corrective actions for Pattern products

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a data-focused role serving a client services or operations team • Expert Excel skills and exposure to SQL, Python, and R • Passion for data operations • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings and actionable insights clearly to diverse stakeholders • Detail-oriented and solutions-driven • Ability to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce desired results • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity • Skillful in creating narratives with data • Curiosity and a strong desire to learn
