• Manage high volumes of applications across multiple recruitment campaigns • Review, process, and progress applications in line with defined criteria and timelines • Maintain accurate tracking of candidates through each stage of the recruitment process • Support recruitment delivery during peak assessment periods • Screen applications against predefined eligibility requirements • Apply consistent decision-making using standard frameworks and guidance • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ensuring high levels of accuracy • Coordinate onboarding processes including documentation checks and system updates • Liaise with Assessment teams to confirm vacancy requirements and validate candidate suitability
• Experience in high-volume administration, recruitment, or operational processing roles • Strong Excel skills (data handling, tracking, validation, reporting) • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organisational and time management skills • Clear and professional written communication • Experience working with large datasets or recruitment systems (Desirable)
