📋 Description

• Support end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate positions related to AI infrastructure and data center operations • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels • Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and overall fit • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups • Assist with recruitment reporting and other talent acquisition administrative tasks • Stay informed on recruitment best practices and market trends for technical hiring

🎯 Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus • Internship or work experience in recruitment in human resources is an advantage • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace • Willingness to learn technical recruiting and support hiring for AI and Data Center-related roles • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
