• Spearhead the development of Pelico’s MRO vertical. • Open new accounts and build strategic relationships. • Lead value-driven sales cycles to establish Pelico as a key partner in the aerospace MRO ecosystem. • Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing within the MRO vertical. • Develop deep understanding of customer workflows (TAT, AOG, inspection scheduling, LLP tracking). • Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Product, and Data teams to shape winning solutions. • Represent Pelico at key MRO industry events and conferences. • Contribute to building the MRO Pod’s GTM playbook and voice-of-customer strategy. • Set up and manage account plans. • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads. • Negotiate and close new deals.
• Graduated from a Master Degree in Business school • Proven track record in hunting for new business opportunities with ideally at least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in SaaS/BtoB • Interested in our industry & be attracted by the world of scaleups • Know how to manage long & complex sales cycle independently, from appointment setting to closing - familiar with C-level contacts & negotiation. • Driven by a strong results-oriented culture, efficiency and rigor make you a recognized interlocutor by our customers and by our teams • Proficient in English & French, both written & spoken • Determination, Perseverance and good listening skills are essential.
